When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused time, or setup fees.

5. Ownership & Access

Once full payment for the service period is made, all completed work and system setup belong to you.

Royston Marketing may retain system access for support or technical maintenance if needed.

If your account is canceled or payment stops, access to tools, automations, and connected systems may be removed or disabled.

6. Revisions & Updates

Each deliverable includes one round of revisions. Additional edits or new features beyond the initial scope may incur additional costs.

7. No Guarantees

We can’t guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or customer results. Marketing performance depends on multiple factors, including your market, offer, and responsiveness.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) our services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the current billing period.
